It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Lovely little beach cottage in Lorne
Bev O'sullivan - 22nd April 2021What a fabulous place to stay in Lorne. A traditional beach house tastefully renovated with everything we needed for our Lorne escape. The open fire, heating and electric blankets were most welcome with the autumn chill. The garden was a lovely place to enjoy the sun and read a book. Wonderful views of the beach and beyond from the balcony. I’ve stayed many places in Lorne and this has to be my favourite.

W111 - 6th November 2019'We loved staying at Salamanca, the location was perfect and the cottage is filled with charm...especially the gardens! Note no internet/Netflix etc however that wasnt important to us. It is as you see it in the photos, its an older house however it was set up well and spotless. It was the perfect quiet weekender for us.

Charming beach house with great views
Alan - 18th March 2019Salamanca is a lovely little house - a good old-style Aussie beach house rather than a modern designer pad but that's clear from the photos, and was exactly what we were after. It has amazing views from the lounge and some of the lovely sitting spots in the garden. It's about a 15 minute easy walk into town along the shore - or for coffee or brunch the excellent cafe by the swing bridge is even closer. We would definitely stay again!
