Home away from home

We stayed in this lovely house during the Great Ocean Road Running Festival and wouldn’t ask for a better accommodation. The house is very spacious, with 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It has EVERYTHING you can think of that you need: linen, cooking utensils, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, rice cooker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, board games, TV, AC/heater, fan, BBQ, speaker, washing machine, dryer, iron and vacuum. It truly was our home away from home Xx

Enjoyed our stay at Red salt. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains out the back deck. Loved watching the family of kangaroos each evening coming down to feed. House is very comfortable and supplies are well stocked. Great wifi could watch our Netflix from their smart tv. House in a quiet area of Apollo bay easy walk to the shops. Would recommend staying here! See you next year as I have rebooked 👍🏻

Fabulous getaway

Red Salt is a great home. The property is toward the end of a court and quiet, the back view looks up to Mariners Lookout, peaceful and stunning. The house was clean with a very well equipped kitchen (for those who go like to cook!). Great internet (we were able to work remotely for a couple of days). Walking distance to the beach (10 mins), pool (5-10 mins) and main street (20 mins). Comfortable beds and perfect for our family of two adults and two children. Well set up for dogs - enclosed.

Fabulous property

My family had the pleasure of staying at Red Salt in Feb 2022, just delightful. Comfortable, welcoming, clean, great layout. The only thing I would have liked is a tap or shower outside to rid ourselves of the sand after walking on the beach. Once I worked out the coffee machine, all good. Even the neighbors are friendly.

Nice house but small backyard. The house needs a good cleaning. Bedrooms are great. Kitchen area is nice and open however was a little dirty. We will probably not stay in Red Salt again.

This place was ok but not what I expected, you need to be aware of construction around and dearly morning noise,front view you see few truck ,digging ,upstairs of this property was not clean and I had to spend 2 hours to clean,lot of flies on the floor too Bedrooms were clean as well as bathroom. overall I give 40/100 Far from Beach , you need to drive not responsive host too Dirty BBQ Sticky and not clean furniture This is not something you expect during COVID-19 pandemic

Red Salt was so quiet. Modern furnishings and ammenities. Really appreciated the layout and how light and bright it was in the living areas. Situated in a court is great for kids play. Beautiful view of the mountains and the water from the balcony left you feeling very relaxed. Would definitely stay again.

Pet friendly and spacious. It was a bit far to walk to the beach. Wish they had a water hose to wash down the sand before going in. Will definitely go back！

Clean, spacious & modern home with all amenities, set a few minutes walk from the beach and another 5 into town. Dog friendly with secure yard. Would highly reccommend and would stay again.

Stylish, clean and comfortable seaside home. Nice walk to beach and town centre. Thoroughly enjoyed the space and amenities! Was fantastic to be able to bring our family doggo with us. Highly recommended!

Terrific Place

Beautiful house in a great location. Easy walk to shops and beach. House was clean and well appointed. It definitely needs Wi-Fi and fly wire screens on the upstairs sliding doors to take advantage of the wonderful sea breeze.

Fantastic property with everything you need

A modern, spacious property that was a delight to stay in. It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed from basic food ie. salt n pepper, oil to a great range of crockery and cookery. Bedrooms comfy, bathrooms modern and clean. Great balcony with sea views for a BBQ. Massive bonus being per friendly - our two dogs had a ball. Only downsides were the stove being tricky to work out and use, and the property getting a little warm in really hot weather. We will absolutely stay at this fantastic property again.

Perfect

We loved Red salt, very well equipped in regard to kitchen. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the shops, we did find the downstairs heater a little insufficient, upstairs was toasty warm. The garden is small but was perfect for our small dog. Overall we loved our stay, it's immaculate in presentation and a joy to stay here.

Love this house

Stayed at this house before , loved it so much stayed again . Clean , has everything you need . Walking distance from beach and shops . Appliances are good quality , mattress on beds very comfy . But what I really love is that you can take the family or in our case this time go with friends . Love that 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd has bunk with the bottom bunk a queen bed . Highly recommend this house .

Beautiful place to stat

This is our second stay at Red salt. We love it. Great spot with ocean and country views, comfortable and roomy with beautiful finishes and pet friendly!! It really does have it all and we can’t wait to come back

Great house, perfect location.

Stayed for 6 nights, beautiful views from the back deck and some ocean views too. Walk to shops and beach, we had a great time.

Pet friendly!

Best holiday house we have stayed at in Apollo Bay so far. Little pricier but worth it to have my dogs visit with me. They had the best time and we would definitely book again!

wonderful house to stay

Stayed for a long weekend with friends from the US. the house was amazing, beautiful living space and beds that are so comfortable! with a view of the ocean and hills it was peaceful and relaxing and a short walk to the beach and town was most convenient.
