Amazing Views

Lovely cosy family home with comfortable furniture, a great long balcony and incredible views of the ocean. Very relaxing from the moment you step inside.

Great location, great living area with fabulous views

We loved staying at Polwarth Dream. The location is fantastic with every cafe and amenity in town no more than a 15 minute walk. When the sun streams through the living area windows it is a wonderful place to sit, relax and listen to the waves and the wildlife.

good location, beautiful view

It was stated to have two bathrooms but there was only one, the second one was a toilet with a shower, misleading information.

The home was clean and spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed. The home needs some maintenance and a makeover. The sliding door onto the balcony from the dinning room did not work well, two window were broken and taped up, the carpet was dirty and in dire need of being replaced. The paving directly out the front door was an OHS issue, pavers were uneven and the wood retaining wall supporting the pavers was a tripping hazard.

Gorgeous views to enjoy from the deck, and a well appointed house. Really well heated for a winter stay, and easy to close off sections for quiet too. Great showers and hot water. Good location, close to shops and supermarket - short walk up a hill home but worth it.

Best view in Lorne!

We had an amazing stay. The house has 3 double bedrooms with views and another with 2 bunk beds. Park the car at the doorstop and all on one level - perfect for someone with mobility challenges. The pictures say it all - views of the lush green hillside and the ocean. The sounds of the waves crashing at night and the birds singing in the morning. We also loved the night skies being from Melbourne it was a real delight.

Brilliant house and location

was a lovely stay, great access to the beach and shops. drive way is on a steep incline and can be hard to get in/out of but otherwise great location

Great views, easy access to beach, cafés and restaurants! I'd recommend the 5km return run or walk to the pier and fish restaurant!

Amazing House Great Location

This house was everything we hoped for. Lots of space for the kids. Easy for the older children to walk to the beach. Amazing views from the balcony! The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an amazing family holiday. Thank you

An enjoyable stay

Our family of five enjoyed the space in this big house. Guest comfort has been well considered with quality furnishings, homewares and pantry supplys. Hours can be spent watching local wrens, finches, wattlebirds and cockatoos visit the nearby trees. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Spacious and well equipped, love the view from the balcony and the frequent native birds that come and visit most mornings. Very quiet street that's nice walking distance to and from the main strip in Lorne and the beach, or a bit of a longer walk to Teddys Lookout. Very relaxing time away, thank you!"

Great Place to relax and view the beach

Thank you to the owners for offering such a lovely house, with sheets and towels supplied . The house was sparkling clean, views were terrific, the large deck a highlight, and the beach is deceptively close. This was a great getaway which allowed us all to get away from each other into the four large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and relax. thanks

Fabulous house to unwind in. You can relax and take in the beautiful views over to the wooded hills or down to the swing bridge. Lazy meals on the covered deck or a short stroll down to all that Lorne has to offer. Abundant opportunities for envigorating walks on your doorstep. Great for groups as flexible sleeping arrangements. Spotless and thoughtfully presented. Can't wait for our next getaway.

Very clean and tastefully decorated, this is a house to relax in: cooking in the well-equipped kitchen or on the BBQ, sharing meals around the tables inside or out on the deck, watching the clouds roll by from the comfy lounge chairs, or admiring the view over the swing bridge and down to the beach. A stroll down the hill to town and beach will take about 7 minutes - longer to come back home up the hill! Longer walks out to Teddys lookout take you through coastal bushland to spectacular views. We all slept really well in the comfortable beds. We recommend this place for a beach break at any time of the year.

Oh so dreamy

This sweet little holiday house is just right for a summer break or winter escape. The layout of the house is great if you have kids! All the bedrooms are off the hallway with a big open plan kitchen/living which leads to the large balcony. Great for the family or just to get away!

Great find

Stayed there for 4 nights while attending a conference at the Mantra. The house is really lovely with incredible views. There is AC if it gets too hot. Good Wifi. The house is up a hill so it's good exercise when you have to get up there a few times a day. I would definitely stay there again.
