Access to the cliff top walk forming part of the Great Ocean Road Walk is a 10-minute stroll. This home is equipped with lots of books, sports equipment, toys, etc. to keep everyone entertained.

The closest patrolled beach is at Fairhaven Surf Beach and a leisurely walk along the Painkalac Creek will see you there in around 40mins, a bicycle ride will get you there in 15mins while a car ride will take 5mins.

It comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Ideal for 2 families to share or a family with grandparents or a group of 8 adults. It is the perfect venue and location for that family beach getaway; cycling and horse-riding activities or for that dinner party to catch up with friends. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Please note strictly no pets allowed on this property. The bush garden is unfenced and has endangered ground dwelling birds and other native animals.

• Large open plan kitchen / dining / living area. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and family size fridge.

• 2 decks. One is a covered outdoor dining area off the kitchen complete with gas BBQ. The second is accessed from the living area and is the perfect viewing platform for the amazing view.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
