Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Fantastic family house

Nice Place
Paul B - 1st December 2020Overall our stay was fine it is a shame that they had not cleaned it again after the property had lay empty for several months. On arrival we found the place to be very dusty and dead bugs everywhere. We also had no hot water which I managed to rectify. The back of the house appears to have been recently renovated and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen needs to be renovated as it has an old cooker and no dishwasher. The lounge fly screens need to be replaced as well as they had big holes.

JonSA - 15th September 2015Very enjoyable home to stay in. The beach was a lovely short walk. Had some trouble with the door but overall a great place to stay. Would recommend it without doubt!

MelbourneDad2Kids - 12th August 2015The great thing about'Our Place' is that it feels more like a loved home than a holiday house. It's so easy to settle right in and focus on collecting kindling to build the fire from the garden. Main living area is big enough to spend hours in as we did on a wild weather day, but as soon as the sun comes out its an easy walk along an unsealed back road to the some of the greatest beach secrets. Stroll to the market when its on, or to the shops. Or just sit on deck, listen to the trees and feed the birds. It's a good detox from the city. Our last visit was our third.
