The house is built over two levels with two bedrooms, a living room and bathroom downstairs, and upstairs another two bedrooms, bathroom, the kitchen and living/dining area opening on to a large sunny original terracotta deck.
There is an additional room that can be used for lazy breakfast or sitting and reading your holiday novel. A good sized back yard for children to play.
This is a true beach house sitting up in the trees and is really well suited to two families holidaying together, or a multi-generational family holiday, or just one family who like their space.
The property is fenced and dog friendly with a kennel, and dog flap in the bathroom/laundry door.
Parking for 3 to 4 cars.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
