It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Amazing Location

Spacious and good views, but needs some TLC

Nice house for a get away
Fitim Muaremov - 28th November 2021Overall it was a good property for the price, however the cleanliness was disappointing with the dishes needing to be rewashed before use and there being dead bugs around the house. The driveway is also very steep and can damage cars driving up. A side note is the management did use intimidation tactics in an attempt to scare us from having parties, which was not our intent but they just assumed despite us all being over the age of 23. This was very disrespectful and not appreciated.

HillsFamily - 28th January 2020We really enjoyed our holiday here. Great view from a large balcony. A steep but only 15 min walk to the beach. Beds and couches clean and comfortable. We appreciated some of the little extras offered (washing powder and detergent, pegs) though we would have loved salt and pepper, and tea towels! We had temperate weather so didn't test the split system but we gave the sturdy washing machine a good workout. Two bathrooms and one separate toilet handy for bigger groups.
