The unit is very pleasant with quality furnishings, polished boards for a bright beachy feel. It is cosy in winter & summer with ample heating and air conditioning. Fully self contained and a well equipped kitchen. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck with outdoor dining.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Easy access to the beach and town centre. Maintenance and cleanliness issues: ceiling fans are a bit noisy and dirty. Lounge fan not working properly. Main bathroom window does not close well, as wood is a bit swollen at the bottom right hand side. One of the window levers in dining area is broken. Kitchen cabinets, draws and fridge were not clean (sauce spills and crumbs). Floors were a bit dirty and the vacuum cleaner is of no use.
