Nestled between Loutitt Bay and the Lorne Country Club, Ocean's Course is a great little beach house for you and your four-legged friends.Two-storey and with balconies in both directions, it boasts 2 views - one of the ocean and the other the golf course fairways.
Upstairs features open plan living with split system air-conditioning, lofted ceilings and atrium windows that fill the room with light, bringing nature inside.
Dine outside enjoying the views, with a BBQ and outdoor setting. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with another, private, balcony and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there are 2 further bedrooms, a second main bathroom and a laundry.
With daily sightings of kangaroos, the occasional koala, constant birdsong and proximity to the beach, Ocean's Course offers the best of both worlds.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Unfortunately Microwave touchpad was faulty and unable to use it once it had warmed up, and no Wifi connection despite calling booking agents several time for a remedy. Otherwise very nice place to stay. Hired Linen delivered was first class.

Great house for a beach break
Rebekah W - 16th July 2024We really loved our time at Ocean's Course, the house had such a good feel to it. We had grandparents comfortable upstairs with their own bedroom and bathroom and three kids, dog and parents downstairs. All the house felt warm with good heaters and natural light throughout the house. Lovely views back and front and side. We loved choosing between going up behind the house for an explore past the golf course into the bushland. Or wandering down to the beach each day. Loved it , thank you!

Liana W - 11th March 2021Lovely location with kangaroos on the golf course at dawn and an outlook to the sea. Cosy home, unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, obviously someone with a white hairy dog stayed before us, leaving hair all over the couch, carpets, rugs. We wore it all weekend! The linen on the beds (doona covers, pillow cases) is in dire need of a refresh or change over (stained, grotty). Dusty and cobwebs. Couldn’t find a hairdryer.
