Great location and absolutely amazing home, reminded me of my childhood home, so warm and inviting , ping pong table was a favourite for me but there were so many activities for all the family to enjoy. Thank you so much.

Excellent location

The house was clean, neat, spacious and tidy. Beds and couch were very comfortable. It is obvious that the owners have taken pride in renovating their holiday home. We enjoyed a pre-Christmas break with our adult children and even our furbaby was able to enjoy a secure backyard with plenty of shelter. The table tennis table was a big hit with the family. The property's proximity to the shops and beach meant we didn't have to drive anywhere. A very relaxing break.

Pets are only allowed stay in either Backyard or laundry room. The Neighbour was really concerned about the dogs barking and left the note that ask you take the dog with you. As required I used my own pillow cases, bed sheets. However the quilts are covered by protectors, felt really uncomfortable and inconvenient. The location is perfect.

I would highly recommend this place for families with children. Bit spaces to play and hang out. Big kitchen with lots of space. The proximity to all that Anglesea has to offer it was wonderful. We paln to go back next year, but we will plan to stay longer.

Beach shack, perfect Anglesea location

Great location, the house suited our needs perfectly. Loved the fact that we could bring our dog along,also to enjoy beautiful beach walks each morning.

Cozy and Warm!!

Our stay at the "Oceans 12" property exceeded our expectations, we had trouble finding a place but definitely work out in our favor. this was a cozy and warm home that was just a joy to stay in. i would definitely stay again and would recommend. Only negatives was the time we stayed (middle of winter), however the home had more than enough utilities and resources to keep us nice and toasty. 5/5 thank you.

Has potential

Good - location, good setup for families Bad - dirty floors, BBQ filthy (animal droppings), bath towels instead of proper towels, broken dishwasher, expected bathroom basics (toilet rolls, shampoo etc) for the price
