The Lorne coastal reserve lines the water's edge. Fish off the pier, cool off in the sparkling waters of Louttit Bay or follow the Shipwreck Trail along the coastline 1km to patrolled Lorne Beach for a swim and to check out the restaurants and shops in the heart of town. Alternatively, head 600m in the other direction to explore the rock pools at Shelley Beach.
