The residences offer zoned family accommodation across three levels. Ground level entry is via a double lock up garage, with the two floors above accessed by lift or stairwell. The mid-level comprises 3 impeccably furnished bedrooms and a hallway study space. Both rear and middle bedroom share a main bathroom whilst the master features en suite and spacious private balcony with outdoor setting and sun lounges.
Ascending to the top level finds a classic open plan feeding those breathtaking views from the kitchen at the rear all the way through to the upper-level tiled deck area. North facing means there is no escaping the ever-changing dappled sunlight across the ocean throughout the day. It is truly mesmerizing.
The south Lorne location allows guests a short stroll across the road for a dip, walk on the pier or indulging in some local seafood. A slightly longer stroll along the ocean walk takes you into the heart of town and all Lorne has to offer. Every amenity you need is right here in this thriving beachside community. Pubs, cafés, restaurants and a supermarket with local products such as breads and preserves. There are boutiques, galleries and craft shops, plus amenities including a pharmacy and information center.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principal place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Enjoy staying, just needs ceiling fans

The biggest think missing, hence why I marked down comfort, is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. we found the bedrooms very warm and as such needed to sleep with the a/c on. This was still the case with windows and doors open

Amazing views from huge balconies
Jo Steele - 1st March 2022View from master bedroom was fabulous. So good to wake up to ocean views. Main lounge area fabulous for a group - so many seating options. Great location across from the pier and anglers club for an afternoon drink or morning coffee. Walk into town just gorgeous and less than 10 mins with no steep hills to contend with! Happy with $ when we stayed but has recently gone up by 25%.

Marian Hose - 25th February 2021Apartment lovely , view amazing & amenties ample . Very hard beds ( toppers ) if desired should be supplied . Doonas too cumbersome & heavy . New lighter large blankets should be supplied instead of old crusty ones !! Overall it was still terrific accommodation .
