Completed in late 2020, Oceania boutique apartments set a new standard in contemporary beach living. Exceptional uninterrupted views across Louttit Bay and the Otway Ranges beyond are just the beginning of the experience.

The residences offer zoned family accommodation across three levels. Ground level entry is via a double lock up garage with a laundry. The 2 floors above accessed by lift or stairwell. The mid-level comprises 3 impeccably furnished bedrooms and a hallway study space. Both rear and middle bedroom share a main bathroom whilst the master features an ensuite and spacious private balcony with a lovely view and outdoor setting.

Ascending to the top level finds a classic open plan layout feeding those breathtaking views from the kitchen at the rear all the way through to the upper-level tiled deck area with outdoor furniture and large BBQ. North facing means there is no escaping the ever-changing dappled sunlight across the ocean throughout the day. It is truly mesmerizing.

Apartment 11 is unique with a French provincial meets Hamptons feel. Artwork adorns the entire apartment and as such is suited to those with an appreciation of this styling.

The south Lorne location allows guests a short stroll across the road for a dip, walk on the pier or indulging in some local seafood. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Stunning view in a new, clean apartment

Fantastic new 3 level apartment. Very clean. Awesome views. Lift makes it easy to bring bags and items in. 3 bedrooms are large with 2 bathrooms. Stayed 5 nights - would have loved to stay longer however the chairs to watch TV are the most uncomfortable and we all have sore backs from them. Would be much better with a lounge suit. Will definitely be back but will chose another apartment in the same block. This one was the more expensive for some reason. Really relaxing break.
