This beautifully maintained, modern, split level property is nestled amongst the gum trees (where koalas can be seen in their natural environment) featuring superb views overlooking the ocean from the expansive deck area, living and kitchen areas. This property is situated just a very short stroll from the Skenes Creek Beach which can also be viewed from the decking area. The owners of the property have also added a contemporary feel to the interior. If you are seeking a holiday where you can totally relax and enjoy the ambience of what is on offer, then look no further, you have arrived. Simply enjoy.
Upon entry into the property you will be immediately impressed. The kitchen, lounge and dining are open plan living which in turn open onto a large deck area overlooking the ocean. The kitchen comprises an electric cooktop, gas oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, large fridge with separate freezer, timber flooring, table with 6 chairs, and all the kitchen essentials you will need for your family and friends to enjoy.
You will also find a large living area that offers ocean views, 65" Lcd TV with remote, Yamaha Soundbar, Coonara wood heater for those chilly winter nights and 2 x 2-seater couches.
The main bedroom offers a queen bed, doona, pillows, a built-in robe, electric portable heating, 2 reading lamps and bedside cabinets, with a large, modern ensuite featuring a spa bath, separate shower, toilet, vanity, and tiled flooring.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, doonas, pillows, built-in robes, electric portable heating, a reading lamp and bedside cabinet.
There is additional sleeping for 2 people via the sofa located in the living room which folds out to a double bed.
The lower level also features a roomy alcove where you will find a built-in desk for those wishing some quiet time to catch up on social media conversations or simply review emails.
The main bathroom (separate from the ensuite) is centrally located to the second bedroom and features a modern design with shower over bath, vanity and tiled flooring. There is a separate toilet adjacent to the main bathroom.
The laundry contains a top loader washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. in fact, all the items you would require for all your washing needs.
There are 2 outdoor areas for you to enjoy; the top level has a lovely large deck featuring a 6-seater table, gas BBQ, 2 sun lounges and stunning ocean views. The lower level provides a table with bench seating for 6 in a tranquil bush setting.

Breathtaking Views and Prime Location
Haohui C - 27th September 2023Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel provides all the essential amenities, including a coffee machine and barbecue facility, which added a homely touch to our experience. The location is simply perfect, nestled just a 5-minute stroll away from a serene, uncrowded beach. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle, and cherish some quiet moments by the beach.

Treetops Resort
Daniela R - 12th April 2023Treetops was a lovely place to stay however they did not provide the basic items that one should receive. An email was sent to Great Ocean Road Holidays but NO response received. NO tea towels in kitchen, NO body wash, NO shampoo, NO additional blankets. Oil, salt & pepper were ALL EXPIRED.

You should have received a welcome starter pack to make your stay more comfortable such as soap, tea/coffee, detergent, tea towel etc. This was unacceptable service on our part and we understand your disappointment. Fantastic on all counts

More amenities than described which was a lovely surprise, location is amazing. We have a young family (3.5 yr old twins and an 10 year old) and they all loved exploring the house. Such a lovely, warm and inviting house. One minor issue whilst there but was dealt with straight away and communication was brilliant. Highly recommend

Never disappoints

It is a perfect location in amongst the tree canopy (we had koalas and cockatoo’s in the trees) and within walking distance to the beach and amazing views. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday. We highly recommend.
We had a wonderful 3 nights at the property. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back to this lovely property, we felt right at home. The check in process was easy and the communication with the hosts was impeccable.
A lovely place to relax and unwind. Beautiful views, a fire that kept us toasty and warm while listening to the sea roar. Great getaway spot! Would love to stay again.
All the comforts of home in a scenic, peaceful locale close to Apollo Bay. Clean, tidy and thoughtfully stocked with books and games to keep children (and adults!) occupied. Remember to BYO toiletries and pantry items - hosts have made clear that these are not provided in the description of the property. Lots of wildlife to be spotted from the balcony - keep your eyes peeled for koalas sleeping in the gumtrees!
A beautiful location and the house has the potential to be amazing. There was a very obvious smell of mould in one of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Dirty dishes were left in the cupboard. Old food scraps were left on the dining chairs. 6 guests were booked in but only 4 towels were provided. Also please not there is absolutely no essentials provided for. There was hard sugar, 4 coffee sticks (it’s also advertised at having a coffee machine but you have to bring your own pods and if you don’t bring your own be prepared to pay $$$ for them at the local IGA) and a few old tea bags, no salt, no gladwrap or foil, a tablespoon of oil. And you must bring your own stuff for the fireplace. Check in was at 3pm and I received a text message at 3:05 with a link to a website about the accommodation but it seemed to be just a general information. Some of which had nothing to do with our accommodation. Things like find the heater remote located....(blank). You possibly need to provided your own firewood.(would have been helpful to know before check in). Please remember to supervise children around the pool (but there was no pool).
A very comfortable, relaxing stay that met our expectations and will have us returning soon.

Susie D - 5th October 2020We absolutely love Skenes Creek and this area of the Treetops apartments. It has stunning views, not to far to the beach and very tranquil sitting on the deck enjoying the birds and sounds of the sea. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!
A home away from home!
Giovanna - 22nd January 2020Our family of 4 felt immediately at home in this luxurious beach accommodation. We loved the ocean views from the balcony and were instantly welcomed by the cockatoos. We also loved the fact that our daughters had their own bathroom and we had a very comfortable ensuite with a spa bath. The WiFi was an added bonus for us all but in particular for my husband who was able to squeeze in a bit of work at the same time. The beds were comfortable and fitted with quality linen, modern and very well presented. We loved the fact we didn't need to take linen or towels at all, one less thing to worry about when on holiday! The open plan kitchen and lounge area was very comfortable with great views and even though we could see the ocean from there, we couldn't hear it! We didn't have the best beach weather during our one week stay, but the location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach. The town centre of Apollo Bay was easily accessible with only a short drive away. It is by far one of the most comfortable holiday houses we have ever stayed in and we look forward to staying there again.
Perfect location

It was the perfect size for a family of 4 and in an outstanding location with views to the ocean and a quick 5 minute walk to Skenes Creek beach. The house had everything we needs for our 1 week stay and we’re looking forward to booking it again next year.
