Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Cathlin M - 14th February 202210/10 for the location... it could have been cleaner as there was sand and bits and pieces on the floor in all rooms... there weren't any toiletries which I expected for the price I paid. The ocean facing sliding doors were so dirty I doubt they were ever cleaned.
Excellent views and location, easy check in. Not your typical Airbnb as there are no pantry items offered. Would stay again.

Nicki - 11th November 2019Lorne is one of our favourite places & position is everything !!! Those hills !! No hills here - direct access on main Mountjoy Parade. Apartment is clean & comfy with a very large TV !! Amenities are rather basic..but who wants to cook in Lorne with all the wonderful restaurants at your doorstep. Highly recommend.
