Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Absolutely amazing location and views that is definitely the highlight of the property. Can hear the waves and watch the sunrise/sunset from the top deck. we were able to walk everywhere not using our car all weekend. The listing is a bit misleading, the 3rd room/quiet space is literally a bed in a garage, it's not a second lounge at all as there is no couch/seating. If you are travelling with young kids/infants I would suggest you bring a baby gate as there is not one supplied and the staircase is quite steep. The beds are not comfortable and the bunks are very noisy. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated and has really good water pressure. Upstairs is the highlight of the house, couch is super comfy and it's very relaxing sitting out on the deck listening to the waves. Overall I would stay again for the location, however for the price I feel some updates could be made with bedding etc. There is no welcome pack or booklet or any information of the house/area like most air bnbs have.

Excellent location. Close to the beach and all the shops. Beautiful view - we got to watch the sunrise every morning. We travelled with a baby and were relying on being able to cook dinners etc but the kitchen was dirty (pans etc). I have left feedback so hopefully it’ll be clean for future renters.

The place wasn’t clean, let alone adhering to the Covid 19 enhanced cleaning protocols advertised. Dead flies all over the place. Clearly hadn’t been used for months and no one had gone in to check it prior to our arrival. Advertised bedding configuration is inaccurate. Advertises 3 bedrooms, but there’s two. Says king bed in third room, and to bring own linen. There’s no king bed or third room though! There’s a queen that we had to put our king bed sheets on, and two bunk beds in the next room (one of which has a double on the bottom). The bunks are noisy and creaky so wouldn’t advise anyone other than kids sleeping in them. Host non responsive before check in, two emails sent, no response, so had to call. Got jabbed $1169 for two nights thinking we were booking a nice looking 3 bed pad with ocean views. Got a dirty 2 bed instead so our two kids both under 4 had to share a room, meaning later nights and earlier mornings were a feature on our break. Ocean views are fantastic, and location is perfect, but they’re the only two things going for it. There’s surely much better stuff for the money close by.
