Description
Moggs View is a cozy family oriented 3-bedroom home within walking distance of the Moggs Creek beach. Fantastic views from the open plan kitchen/dining and living area as well as the master bedroom. There is a wood fire for winter holidays and air con. & Ceiling fans for the summer holidays. And the surf conditions are available from the living room!
The furnished rear deck has a BBQ and is sheltered from the wind. Situated on a large block, there is heaps of exploring for the kids to do.

Just a few general words about the property.
It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location
Valerie R - 9th March 2024Great location and sea view. Great place for young kids and families. It was a little on the worn side than what it reflected in the images and it could’ve done with a bit of a check over before we got there with dead spiders and bugs surprising us everywhere and the kitchenware wasn’t very clean. However the beds were super comfy and this place did well for our stay.

Great house and location
Jane F - 27th December 2021We loved the house and location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay, it really shows that it has been a much loved beach house for four generations of the one family. There are lovely beach and bush walks nearby. The patrolled beach at Fairhaven is a walk away for family swims. We did not mind at all the passing traffic. The ocean views, the sound of the waves, and the sea breezes which the house is sited to capture, far outweigh it.

Emma - 21st January 2020We were so excited to arrive here but then disappointed with the house and location. Needs a front verandah to sit out and look at the water as there is only thick glass so can't really hear waves, only traffic going past. Wasn't as relaxing as i had imagined.

The view was fantastic and the property was surrounded by a nature reserve which was excellent but it was very disappointing to find the bridge at Moggs Creek was being fixed and to access the beach we had to go down a steep path and up the other side to try and get to the beach. The road noise was bad, you can hear every car,truck or motor bike that goes past.

Jude - 3rd October 2016Moggs Creek is a jewel. Pristine house with excellent views. Secluded and quiet location but less than 5 minutes walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach and less than a 15 minute drive to townships to buy provisions and shop. A relaxing place to spend time.
Perfect beach escape
Bibs - 28th July 2015I have hired this house on numerous times. It is great. The views are as wonderful as the beach is. The beach is a close walk. I have hired it for my family and it worked really well. I have also hired it with friends and find the space adapts to your needs. I would highly recommend staying here. It has a great fire place and i great in both winter and summer f9r a fun and relaxing getaway.
