Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable, as the accomodation was adequate for a short stay beach getaway. It was in a great location, close to the river, walking tracks to beach and the shopping strip.

Comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Good blinds in every room. Could of been a bit more cleaner (cobwebs in bathroom and chips and popcorn in the side of couch). Air con does not work properly. Sofa bed couch not comfortable to sit on. Bigger hot water service tank would be good. Ran out of hot water after two showers.

A great spot for a family weekend, comfortable and well equipped and quite close to centre of town. Note you have to bring all linen, including tea towels! There was some noise from adjoining unit but not bad at all. Would certainly return here. Good tip to book direct with agent rather than through Stayz as they charge a fee. The agents (Great Ocean Rd Real Estate) were really lovely and so helpful.

This unit was simple but had everything we needed and a nice amount of space. Was very clean on arrival and had basic amenities to use until we could shop ourselves. Something to note is that the unit is joined by the master bedroom wall to another unit and at times noise was an issue. This wasn't noticeable by the pics or description. Overall my family and I had a lovely, comfortable stay.
