Description
Welcome to Mandy's House.
The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, plus another bathroom combined with the laundry. The living area with TV and DVD is an ideal area for the kids.The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has six bunk beds. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen/dining and living area with wood fire.
The living area opens onto the front deck with sensational ocean views stretching from Airey's Inlet to Lorne. This deck can be protected from the sun by UV blinds. A perfect area for the morning coffee or afternoon drinks.
The furnished back deck has a Weber BBQ and opens from the dining area and a separate door from the kitchen. There is even an outdoor sink. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.
Although not fenced pets are welcome at Mandy's House.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Magnificent Views!
Tim H - 3rd July 2023Absolutely love Mandy's House. A very comfortable and well furnished and appointed house with the most gorgeous sea views from the upstairs living room and front deck - not to mention the view from the rooftop spa - wow!! Only 3 of us stayed at Mandy's House on this trip which gave us oodles of space to relax in. The house although high up on the hillside is in reality only a 10 min walk from the beach. Can highly recommend this property.

Sensational, welcoming family beach house
Penny J - 30th December 2020Mandy's House was built by the owners, and it shows. Everything about the house feels warm, welcoming and just right. Stairs at the front lead to the spacious kitchen and family room and the views from the balcony are stunning. For the chefs, the kitchen has everything you need, while the (adult) kids loved the rooftop spa. We had mediocre weather, but no one minded, as lounging around the house was such a joy. Very highly recommended.

House equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen which was made for baking yummy food. THE BIRDLIFE was amazing with kookaburra, King Parrot and magpies visiting us every day. Will definitely be back to visit

There was every comfort we needed, including addictive jigsaw puzzles that kept us entertained day and night by the cozy fireplace. The 'kids room' had a fun bunk bed layout, and there was plenty of room for our group. The house is located near the town but why would you want to leave the house with such a magnificent view and friendly local birds coming to visit?

Jodi - 5th April 2016We stayed at Mandy's House with 2 families totalling 10 comfortably. The house was stunning, the view magnificent and the wildlife was amazing and very personable! Every type of Aussie bird you could hand feed and we even had kangaroos visit! Just loved our time here!
