This two-storey property is well appointed for the budget conscience holiday seeker looking for value for money. The 1st level features a well-appointed kitchen with dining area, lovely spacious living area with LCD & DVD, reverse cycle A/C, gas heating, main bedroom (queen) and main bathroom with separate shower, toilet & vanity.
The deck area also has a BBQ with table and chairs with ocean views. There is selection of games and books for the whole family to enjoy.
The ground level offers the 2nd bedroom (bunk), spacious laundry with separate shower and toilet all with polished concrete floors.
The property also offers a large fenced yard where your family/pet can enjoy the outdoors with parking for 2 vehicles. You may like to take a short 2 minute drive to Chris's Beacon Point Restaurant where you can enjoy panoramic Otway and ocean views while enjoying fine dining.
A short 6 km drive will see you in Apollo Bay where you can take advantage of one of the many cafes/restaurants that dot the foreshore, venture into the super markets to stock up on all the essentials, enjoy a meal/drink at one of several hotels, while you are here, take advantage of the pristine Apollo Bay beach, indulge yourselves in the retail outlets featuring unique giftware/clothing and then returning to your little piece of paradise.

Million dollar views for budget conscious
Dora B - 1st November 2022Terrific place with sensational views from the generously sized verandah. Definitely for the budget conscious, this well equipped home was close to the beach and very peaceful. Great spot to explore the Otways from or simply spend lazy days in the beach.
Not pet friendly continued...
Stephen G - 28th April 2021Further to previous review please note that the dog kennel is dilapidated and dirty, and the front fence is insecure and would easily be knocked over by a larger dog. Need to place on the FRONT PAGE that dogs are not allowed inside as it is currently very misleading. Had we known we wouldn'thave booked. Quite frankly no worries with having a small or house trained dog inside either.

Stephen G - 28th April 2021House fine & spotless, but very basic - no towels, linen, bathmat, soap or box of tissues! So unless extended stay would not recommend. Definitely NOT "Pet friendly" as stated on booking page ...mentions it has "large fenced yard where your family/pet will enjoy the outdoors" BUT NO MENTION that your little doggie can't go inside the house (that comes in the conditions AFTER paying!) Cost of $250.00 pn (SHols) not worth it. Also many instructional text messages from GOR makes one feel childish!

Great location close to town
Willow11 - 16th January 2020We love staying here, as its close to Apollo bay just 5 minutes drive to the town centre. The house isnt brand new but its very comfortable to stay. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Its a great house to bring your pet!
Beautiful quiet position
Jason - 6th November 2019Perfect space for 2 adults + 2 kids Very easy stroll down to the beach and lovely position amongst the trees and native birds Plenty of crockerie and the new weber bbq made dinner simple The owner must also love their garden !
