Tucked in a prime Lorne location, One Otway is a charming townhouse literally on the doorstep of all the town has to offer. Everything comes easy here.

A mere 20 metres back from the main street, one of four charming, private and well appointed townhouses, One Otway makes coming and going from the beach, forest walks, shops and restaurants an absolute breeze. The townhouse itself is set across two stories.

Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with en suite, open plan living and spacious deck. Downstairs, two bedrooms,main bathroom and bonus pool room! Unpretentious and homely the property has a relaxed and very private feel, seldom found in such a central location.

Bedrooms are warm and well appointed with the spacious master bedroom fully en suited. Books, games and movies, along with the pool/games room are a perfect if the weather turns, or for simply hiding out and relaxing with the family or friends. The North facing deck basks in sun for much of the day as does the main living room. Other features include rear courtyard, reverse cycle air conditioning, full laundry, well equipped kitchen and electric BBQ. Overall One Otway is great place to unwind. If privacy and ease are your recipe for relaxation, you need look no further.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

The perfect location, a short walk from great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and a local supermarket. The property had everything you need for a great stay. The balcony was a great place to unwind in the afternoon after spending the day at the beach (which is literally a ten minute walk away).

This is the perfect lorne location. Right around the corner from great coffee shops and cafes. The local supermarket is only a short walk away and the beach is pretty much a 10 minute walk away. The place is spacious enough for two families of three and the balcony is a great space to unwind in the afternoon. The couch is comfy the beds are comfy, it really is a great place

The house was warm and had everything you would need for a long or short stay. Lots of games and entertainment for the kids. Lovely long weekend in lorne.

We stayed for a lovely long weekend with 5 adults and a 10month old. Great living space - especially as the weather was terrible! Fabulous balcony with relaxing hammock and BBQ. Fantastic location with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in Lorne.

Great location to the shops and beach. Good well appointed townhouse which was very relaxing and good for kids
