This space was good and the comfort of the split system and fake fire was great. There were more appliances, DVD player, hairdryer, books etc… that weren’t mentioned on the listing which was good. Unfortunately upon arrival the backyard was a mess covered in tree branches and a chainsaw left out, so our kids weren’t able to use the space which was one of the main reasons we got it. The real estate were prompt with following this up for us. The house was clean but was dusty from being locked up.

Excellent location, central to everything. Heating is not great in the cold months, but nice and comfortable house.

This is a fabulous place for a family holiday - big, comfortable and with everything you need.

Good value, good location, has all the basics you need for a nice stay. The place is a bit dated, so you feel a bit like you're visiting your nan in terms of decor, but that makes it feel unique!

A very nice older house in a great location.

This place was alright for the time we needed as we were mostly out of the house exploring the area and enjoying Apollo Bay. The house was very dusty and not very clean, everything feels as if it hasn't been changed in 10 years including pillows, bedding, pet smelling couches. Also advise you to bring absolutely everything you need because they portion out things like dish soap into a tiny sauce container, one toilet roll, 2 wine glasses, 4 cups etc. In saying that the location is absolutely perfect, close to the beach, close to the local shops and restaurants. It would be a beautiful place to stay if it was cleaned up a bit and replaces items that are frequently used.

This is a fantastically located house that is exactly what you would expect. Its great value for money, as the location more than makes up for the older house, old furniture and appliances . The cleanliness left a little to be desired as the linen that was there wasnt very clean. Also we did not realise that no bin bags, laundry detergent, washing up liquid or surface cleaners would be provided so we had to buy some while we were there. Overall a really good house to get away to with friends, an easily accessible office and good reply times!

The place is okay but a bit too expensive for the place

This house was very well equipped and great value for money. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Budget Accomodation

Modest budget accommodation, as advertised. This was a house in a great location which we could afford. The street was fairly quiet, and house had heaps of natural light, which was great. Only criticism, it was cold and we could not work out the heater (instructions would be good) In hind sight I should have asked the Real Estate Agent for help! The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Books and DVDs in the lounge room were appreciated. Plenty of room for a family holiday.

Nice Location

Nice and cosy, but needs a bit of TLC upgrading. The heater desperately needs replacing as it's not easy to operate at times. The smell as you walk in to the lounge is disgusting, smells like the carpets need a serious steam clean or replacement. The 2 single beds were very uncomfortable, need upgrading. Price was good, you can fetch more if you fix these 3 areas mentioned

Home office away from home office

I needed somewhere where I could combine a couple of weeks away from home and work with the attractions of a beach holiday - swimming, walking, cycling etc. and set up an office to keep up with work at the same time. 'Low' was ideal for this. Very homely, quite, comfortable and ideally located.
