Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great location, walking distance to everything.
Susanna F - 10th April 2021Excellent location, 2 min walk to shops and beach. Apartment was fine and clean, had everything for a family of 4, all amenities including oven, washer/dryer etc. The people in the apartment above us however were extremely noisy, running, thumping, banging and crashing furniture until midnight. Sounded like they were actually in the same room. This would be fine if you are accustomed to apartment living but we didn’t sleep much for the 4 nights they were there, the other nights were great.

MelbNative - 16th February 2020The apartment is in the middle of Lone and looking right onto the beach. The views are fantastic and the apartment is nice. Cleanliness was not up to scratch as the floors were dirty and the they have not cleaned under the furniture for a while. Stale Pizza under the bed, Yikes! Apart from that, the place was nice and the reception great. Not 5 stars but OK.
