It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great stay, very clean and well maintained
Lovely place for a weekend away. Clean and comfortable, with views over the bay.
Lovely place, older style but very cosy touches including books, games, some condiments, bird seed (a winner for the kids) and a great cosy feel. Will stay again. Not located in the central hub (3-4 min drive) and steep hills to the house, but a good workout when walking. Quiet surroundings and great view!

Comfortable place to stay with a well equiped kitchen and lovely views. Great for a couple or family. The location is hilly but great for those who love a walk and a stair master challenge! Linen is not provided and during peak season the daily rate is a high for this type of property and I feel should be included.

Well equipped and comfortable stay. Everything we needed. Nice deck up I the trees with ocean glimpses. Quiet spot. Steep climb up from beach which was too much for the older members in our party, which meant a lot more driving up and down the hill, but easy enough to do.

When we arrived at the house and opened the front door the whole house smelt musky, and all over the floor was littered with dead slater bugs. Unfortunately this meant are first job on arrival was to clear the air by opening all windows and vacuuming the whole place. Clearly it had not been cleaned for our arrival. Disappointed.

Great house, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great and the couch and chairs very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. The walk up the hill is very steep, but kept us all fit

Lovely location with breathtaking view of ocean. We enjoyed the generous space, deck, full kitchen, laundry, garage parking, and privacy. Nice and quiet atop the hill. We enjoyed the birds that came to hang out like the kookaburras and the cockatoos. A stones throw from a 9 hole golf course. Love the hills, beaches, restaurants, and shops of Lorne. Swimming and surfing were a blast

This is a clean and fairly well equipped rental, although there are quite a few cupboards locked for "landlord only" use. It's too far (and high up) from the beach to walk there comfortably. Overall, it's about what you can expect for the price except that there is no wifi, there was no toilet paper in the whole place when we arrived and the main light in the bathroom wasn't working.

Spotlessly clean. Loved the spring mattress and base, comfy armchairs, lovely to have some condiments etc supplied. The kookaburra, king parrot and echidna added to the enjoyment.

Very nice and clean apartment. Great terrace with a BBQ. The place is wonderful with heaps of marvellous birds on the terrace! Easy check out and check in. I recommend.
