Boasting expansive views, privacy and a central location that takes in a surrounding grassed road reserve the list of reasons to stay is long, and we haven't even gone inside!
Simple by design, the home comprises two bedrooms and main living all flanking a central kitchen area. Both living room and front bedroom take in spectacular views and feature floor to ceiling windows and contemporary furnishings. The front deck area basks in morning and early afternoon sun and is perfect for a BBQ and some Al Fresco Dining. Other features include ample off street parking, a number of cheeky options for direct beach access and Air Conditioning.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Was very house friendly for little kids????
Perfect location and amazing views!
Amazing view and great location. Stylish and very clean space. A few more amenities would have been nice like pepper and butter which there was none of. I also felt the number of messages I received before arriving was a little excessive and was nervous about the strict rules. Easy check in and check out process.
Great location, relaxed holiday feel
David - 14th October 2019This property is in a perfect spot to view the changing ocean faces, stunning sunrises and the occasional dolphin, with plenty of local bird life coming to visit! Perfect base to explore Lorne from or the Great Ocean Road (as we did) still walking distance from town but far enough out that you feel like you have your own space.

A gem on the hill
Kingy - 26th February 2019What a stunning view. A perfect little renovated beach shack, close to town, yet far enough away to only hear the waves. Watching the surf roll in from the front deck, and seeing the sunrise over the ocean from the master bedroom was just magical! It even has friendly kookaburra's dropping in for a visit. Clean, cosy, close and quiet! Loved this place!

AliM - 28th September 2018Location couldn't be better!! Walking distance to everything! Place is cute, best part is the main bedroom with views of the ocean! Layout is a bit weird with the bathroom being on the other side of the house. A few updates on the house would be nice! Amazing responses to checking in late at night and missing amenities, you guys went above and beyond! Loved Lorne can't wait to come back!
