Located in Lorne's 'golden circle' and a hop, skip and a jump away from the main beach is Lorne Lodge, a multi-level three storey townhouse.
On the bottom level you will find the kids bunk room retreat. Further up, the mid level has two good sized double rooms, both with access to the lower deck. Two separate bathrooms with laundry are also located here for convenience.
The pièce de résistance lies on the top level! With magnificent tree framed northerly views over Louttit Bay and Lorne's coastal shoreline there is plenty of sunshine to enjoy hot summer days or cool winter weekends.
The recently updated open plan living and kitchen area has a fresh modern feel and with the pitched roof ceiling, there is a sense of space and openness. Boasting wood heater, ceiling fans, WiFi, and smart TV you really don't need to consider anywhere else.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great Location with a beautiful view!
Great place, with an awesome location and view. Hosts are very responsive and flexible (e.g. couldn't pick up keys till 8pm) and offered us late check out which was a nice touch.
Great location and lovely residence but we did find it a bit tricky at times as there were a few essential household items that were not supplied which we didn't know about e.g. tea towels in the kitchen, bathmats, toilet paper etc.
Great family home close to the beach

Location was excellent with shops and the beach minutes away. My only feedback was the outside area with outdoor table & chairs needing a big clean and refresh, but I do appreciate that since lockdown it might have been some time that people have stayed here.

With gorgeous views through the trees to the ocean and Lorne township below, we found ourselves in blissful relaxation and comfort. But wait...there's more! A friendly wood fire and modern, well equipped kitchen and a good bottle of red, meant we ate in most nights and snuggled in to watch Netflix (no problems with WIFI)! Fantastic location meant we walked everywhere! Love Lorne - Adore this place!
