Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

In the heart of Lorne, only a block from the beach made it easier to walk with the kids. Really great setup with four bedrooms and a spacious living/kitchen area. The only negative comment would be the cleaning wasn't really up to scratch considering we paid over $600 per night. Dirty windows and glass furniture. Otherwise will definitely come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, Fantastic set up for 4 couples, with comfortable beds and privacy, with enough living space to enjoy meals and lots of laughs together. Fabulous location with stunning views. The unit is just a quick walk to Lorne's main street. We will definitely be returning.

4 couples stayed for the long weekend. The apartment was easily large enough and well equipped to cater for 8 of us. Location was great with the supermarket just a 3 min walk and all the shops just down the hill. Views are great. We ended up eating in both nights as the cooking equipment was good and we used the BBQ the second night. Had a couple of dips in the ocean as the beach is only a quick walk down the road. Will definitely come back with more friends.

This is a large 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with wonderful views, close to all amenities and attractions in Lorne. Undercover parking for two cars, and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, fishing and swimming.
