It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Fabulous view
Dianne D - 13th December 2021Fabulous 3 bedroom house. Both bathrooms are a great size - esuite has a great shower and the bath is huge. Main bathroom has shower with 2 shower heads. There are 2 separate toilets. Large terrace with seating for 8 with spectacular views of Lorne beach. Very short but steap walk to beach and stores/restaurants. It also has a well equipped kitchen with all the required items. Due to having to hire linen we expected the place to be average instead it is high quality accommodation.

Bond007 - 6th February 2020Wonderful property and presentation with lots of goodies. We chose this property as an updated home in a location we prefer within walking distance to beach and shops. Agent was also amazing to make us comfy. One item would help though couple ceiling fans in bedrooms with direct sun all day found it warm on a summer night hard to sleep. Otherwise we hope to return another time.
