Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

MelbourneDad2Kids - 12th August 2015What a great little hidden gem. Tucked up behind the Pier end of Lorne, this little hideaway is super quiet with a big deck and great views. Good to relax in after a day in Lorne. Comfy interior with adequate space for me and 2 kids to chill out. Nice to hang out on less populated beaches around from the pier. It's not flash, but it's homely and does everything you need it to do.
