Renovated Beach shacks are so much fun and Little Wye Wye is no exception. Pulling up old carpets to reveal beautiful timber floors, stripping out the old kitchen and bringing in the new, deciding on what colours will fit in with those that have seen a thousand trips to the beach.
Located not too far up the hill to make the shop run a burden, but far enough to capture the views, Little Wye Wye is as much all original as it is all new. Still the same character with a fresh inviting feel.
Two stories separate an open plan living & deck, main bathroom and bedroom up top with three further bedrooms, powder room, TV room, bottom deck complete with hot & cold outdoor shower.
The real treat at Little Wye Wye is the views out the back. You’ll catch yourself wondering which is better, ocean or pristine Otway Forest.
Other features include wood fire, split systems in both upstairs rooms, ample off-street parking, gas BBQ.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

We spent 3 nights here and loved every minute!! There are seperate balconies with both sea and forrest views and we were spoilt will superb weather and glorious sunsets from both! It’s only 10 mins walk to the cafe and one of the best pubs in VIC. The kitchen is new so we cooked up a storm had fireplace roaring making our evenings cosy while the kids played downstairs. We would certainly recommend this house an will definitely be back for another visit!
