This modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is hidden on the Aireys hill with seriously sensational views out over the Painkalac, Fairhaven Beach and beyond.
Enjoy being walking distance from the shops, including the General Store, cafes, restaurants and beaches.
Time for a little yoga retreat? We are spoilt with great yogis on the Surf Coast. Let us know if you need a recommendation.
The master bedroom with ensuite boasts those same unique views and is privately situated on one side of the living areas. The main kitchen, lounge and dining space is light and inviting, and the multilevel roofline creates a sense of space. The open fire heats the entire house via a hydronic heating system, which makes Kyarra the perfect place for a winter escape.
Double glazing ensures a quiet and restful stay. With WiFi and desks in 2 of the large, bright bedrooms, there is plenty of opportunity to combine 'working from home' with and an after work surf or walk along the cliff top, or a relaxing drink on the deck overlooking the magnificent coastline.
Kyarra is surrounded by beautiful green grass, ideal for the kids to run around on while you make the most of the outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Nicole D - 12th March 2024No fan in the master bedroom and no aircon in the house at all was really disappointing. We understand it’s not always as hot as it was but the house really needs an aircon.

A fabulous retreat!

The property itself is stunning, with the main living & kitchen area full of light - and the most stunning view through the enormous windows. The bedrooms & bathrooms are beautifully appointed & very comfortable. The location is fabulous, with walking tracks within metres (including a short walk to the iconic lighthouse & lovely little bars in the local shopping strip. We really had a great time here & will definitely be back. A breath of fresh air!
Wonderful house with everything you need
Kate H - 9th May 2022Great open layout with lots of light and the master bedroom separate from the other rooms. Excellent location. Lots of outdoor space. Really liked the lounge area with a fire place, high ceiling and massive window. Worked well for a couple of families.
Comfortable and convenient getaway
Karen W - 9th May 2022What a wonderful place to getaway. Walking distance to the beach, cliff top walking tracks, shops and restaurants, this place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, with all the conveniences of home including wifi and kitchen appliances (the coffee machine was great for when we wanted to stay in PJs rather that walk to the nearby tearooms). I can’t wait until our next visit.
Great location. Be mindful that you are right next to the pub, but that suited us. House was very well laid out. Great kitchen and open living area.
