Great Location and comfortable size
Siobhan Spillane - 19th May 2021We enjoyed the location with close proximity to town. Reviews said it was small but we thought the living space was plenty big enough for 4 adults. Cleanliness was disappointing and something that could be easily fixed. You shouldn’t have to wash everything before you use it!
Nice but smaller then you think

Slightly flawed
jf387 - 15th January 2019While Kristensen was spacious, we were disappointed that the kitchen didn't provide: a dish cloth; a dish brush; a scourer; washing up detergent; bin liners. The pots and pans were grubby, probably due to the lack of scourer, and the dishrack was rusty. The yard was fully fenced and shady for dogs, but there was no shelter, so would be unsuitable for animals over wetter months; there was a kennel provided, but it was being used for storage, such as a tarp and other miscellaneous items.
Cosy home
Brendan - 12th June 2018The kristensen was a great house for our long weekend in Apollo bay. It provided easy enough walking access for our nights in the town and was a warm and cosy retreat for cold nights inside. The yard was spacious and secure for our labrador and a kennel has been provided, although not utilised. An ideal choice for families.
Sunny house
Net60 - 24th January 2018Nice family home comfortable and sunny with two bathrooms and separate toilet. Close to swimming pool and 10 Min walk into town. Small back yard great for dogs but lacks cover from rain. Needed garden hose and air con on hot days. Plenty of room to park and nice little deck for bbq.
