Needs TLC

Cleaned floors on arrival, bedroom floors very dusty and the floor rug needed a good vacuum. Cottage needs general maintenance, door handle in the bathroom is duct tape, no handle !! Blind in bedroom with the 2 beds doesn’t work , fly wire in front door is broken, again duct tape which is coming off and strange smell in the back bedroom, we had to keep the window open when we were home. The cottage could be wonderful, just needs some TLC. Location was good, garden BBQ outdoor deck etc all good.

Needs maintenance and overall good clean. Oven smelled like rancid grease. All surfaces and appliances in kitchen greasy feeling. Broken door handles. Mould in shower. Location great, quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to shops and beach.

A great little beach house had everything you needed my children are young adults but for young kids they had board games, dvds and a wi plus a big back yard where they can kick a footy also a great big covered deck that catches the afternoon sun a very comfortable house located in a quiet street will be back
