Koalas, kangaroos, parrots and kookaburras are all frequent visitors to the property giving you the best of bush living while being so close to the beach. It offers easy access to all that the Great Ocean Road has to offer, including surfing, swimming, bushwalking, nature photography and fishing.
Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, two with queen and 3rd bedroom ideal for children with 2 single beds and two trundles.
Upstairs is open plan living, drenched in north facing sunlight all year round, with timber floors, wood heater, comfortable dining and couches, opening onto the treetop deck with BBQ and outdoor dining for 8.
There is a selection of books, DVDs, toys, games and puzzles suitable for most ages, and access to portacot and portable high chair if needed.
Within easy walking distance of the house there is the Kennett River beach, caravan park (with playground), café / general store and river (with small fishing pier). There are also lots of tracks through the national park starting in Kennett River suitable for walking and mountain biking.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great spot and outlook from Koala View. Clean house and light and airy upstairs. It was an easy Great spot and awesome outlook. Clean and light and airy upstairs. Would benefit from a bit more attention to detail such as working globes in bedside lamps and a coffee plunger. But tiny niggles in the scheme of things. Even the challenging walk back up the hill with takeaway coffees can be endured for the views. Good beds. Lots to do in the district.

This house has the most stunning view! Location is perfect, perched on a hill with the Otways to the left and the sea to the front. You can even watch the waves breaking lying in bed! Upstairs living & kitchen is really well equipped, lots of great games, books and DVDS. The negatives; no dishwasher, downstairs is old and very grotty, bathroom/shower need a proper overhaul. We hired bedding and were left short one single bed set and our doona was stained and grubby. Fit 7 at a push.
