The Joy Apartment complex is Lornes newest and most impressive collection of self-contained beach front apartments. Completed in December 2019 under the guidance of well-known local architect Lachlan Shepperd, each apartment has been meticulously designed, renovated, furnished and finally styled.
Features such as wool carpeted bedrooms, MCM house designer furniture, hand laid mosaics, polished timber floors, pendant lighting & Belling Ovens are just the beginning.
Located in arguably the best beachfront location in town, all apartments (excluding studio) take in spectacular ocean views from the decks and open plan living rooms. Central to all shops and amenities, and directly opposite the Lorne Sea Baths precinct, the Joy Apartments leave little to be desired when it comes to ease of access. Everything is truly at your fingertips.
The complex consists of 2 two-bedroom apartments on level one, 2 split level 3-bedroom apartments and one studio. All fully self-contained and all accessible via a central hallway with keypad access.
Both three-bedroom apartments have single lock up garages with 2-bedroom apartments allocated a laneway park. Smith Street adjacent to the rear offers all day parking within a stones throw.
Other features include WIFI throughout, smart TVs, gas BBQs and laundry facilities. Double glazed windows ensure sound proofing from street.
JOY APARTMENT FOUR
Apartment four is located on the southside of the upper level adjacent to apartment 3. The apartment can be interconnected with apartment 3 on request. This apartment includes lock up single garage.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Amazing property in the middle of the town. Spectacular views.
The places is as pictured and location is awesome also! We will definitely try and get back to this special part of Victoria soon to enjoy our time with the family once more.
The unit was spotless on arrival. It is located across the road from the beach, with restaurants and cafes down below. For the very central location it has, it is both private and quiet, with great ocean views from the balcony. We have enjoyed our stay at Joy 4 on both occasions we have been there.
Awesome location with easy access to everything Lorne has to offer. The apartment is great for a family or group of friends. Be aware that the stairs to the two other bedrooms are very steep and not toddler friendly if you’re bringing small children.

Excellent property in heart of Lorne, opposite flagged beach for swimming. Garage may appear small at first but once door is opened it widens inside- we fit our large SUV inside easily. Once there you don’t need the car. We will be returning most definitely! Helpful and friendly staff ensure ease of checking in/out and ready to assist for all needs.
Very convenient property- can hear noise between unit next door particularly if lots of children staying .

Lorne is a great spot but this is a great spot in Lorne Moon Cafes great coffee at your door step makes for a relaxing morning across from the beach and close to all the best eatery's. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need I have never seen so many pillows in all my life The only issue we had was the car space was not big enough for our SUV but packing was available in the street behind with no problems
We loved our stay at the Joy Apartments! It exceeded our expectation on all levels. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment is modern, clean with beautiful views of Lorne beach. We can’t wait to come back!
