Not only does Hulls Haven have a light open and airy feel, more importantly, there is a sense of warmth and care you can feel, which is just like a haven.
So comfortable you may never want to leave. The stylish simplicity of layout with open plan living and dining and three bedrooms makes for a no fuss retreat to create your holiday moments and memories, and with an expansive deck let the views do the talking.
Please note: We suggest to reverse down the drive. Small cars may be able to turn around at the bottom of the drive.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Unfortunately our holiday was a disaster. The tradies were working on the site bang next to where we were staying. Not only was it noisy (from 7.45 until 5), but we had no privacy unless we went to a bedroom. The main room was in full sight to the workers and to even eat breakfast, we had to squeeze down the end of the room. As for going outside on the deck, that was totally impossible because of the racket and again no privacy. Work was also being done on the house on the other side.
Great views and location. Simple and clean - ideal for us. Only thing to note is that there is a bit of construction going on around the property.
Haven Hull is situated in a very quiet and beautiful location of the Great Ocean Road. We loved the views from the house and the beach is only about a 10 minute walk down the hill. The house is not very big but it is very comfortable for 6 people and the house feels very cosy. The house does not have a dishwasher or wifi and only Telstra network works in the area. We loved our stay and wished we were there longer.
The deck truly has a beautiful view over the ocean! Separation creek is a 15 to 20-minute walk to Wye river cafes and shops. The house was equipped with a ton of DVDs to keep us busy on rainy days. The house is not as modern and new as in the photos, but comfortable nonetheless. Loved the occasional visit from the birds and enjoyed our meals on the deck with the magnificent view!
Very new and clean space with an incredible view over both Separation Creek and Wye River beaches! Very relaxing week.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hull’s Haven. Gorgeous mornings stretching and meditating on the balcony amongst the birds and the roaring ocean. Easy drives to spot koalas, explore the waterfalls and eat some delicious seafood in both Lorne and Apollo Bay. The rock pools, shells and easy walk for a morning coffee in wye river were all such enjoyable components of this stay as well. Thank you so much, great energy and family feel in the house, it was so beautiful.
