Only a 5 minute walk to town and accommodating up to 8 guests, this property has all the modern facilities for your relaxing coastal escape.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Kangaroos in the wi
Anne Horsley - 26th April 2023Lovely place that is bit hard to find. Truely a hidden gem. No wifi in this day and age will be a deal breaker for some but our group enjoyed watching some of the extensive dvd collection. Most wow moment was the huge grey kangaroo hopping down and back the golf course just out the back. Loved the many birds and majestic trees.

Janet White - 1st September 2022we enjoyed our stay- the bush environment was beautiful and the living areas fine. we didnt think much of the cofniguration of bathrooms -there was nno indication that one bathroom was downstairs. Clearer info on this point would have been helpful. The woode burning stove was great. We felt overbufdened with all the advance promotion especially giving a photo id but we understood that some people dont know how to behave in holiday accommodation.

Cynthia Tuck - 22nd April 2022A pleasant stay. House was ample for four adults and two children. Lovely view of the golf course. Amenities in good working order. House needed a good dust (ledges, windowsills) and proper vacuum. Unfortunately the bbq hot plates were filthy and rusty so we didn’t use it. We liked the location, away from the Main Street but be prepared to drive down to the Main Street as the walk is very steep.
Comfortable, lovely home
Rachel - 15th January 2020Excellent kitchen amenities, super comfy beds and awesome DVD collection. We stayed for a week and the house had everything we needed. The house is at the top of a very steep hill - this was not an issue for us, but could be flagged for anyone with mobility issues. Could possibly benefit from a wifi connection and fans/aircon in the upstairs bedrooms.

Lovely House!
Sarah - 19th May 2019Lovely house and well equipped (nice wine glasses and wood fire!). Bring own towels but bedding is provided. Beautiful location!! A steep hill if walking to/from town but a minute drive. Would happily stay again :) Thanks
