Kitchen is fully appointed with quality appliances, oven & gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, grill, large fridge/freezer & ample cooking & dining utensils. An 8 seat dining suite is situated off the living space with 7 seat Chase lounge, occassional chair & TV.
The property is beautifully designed & floor boarded throughout with lofted ceilings, presenting guests with an air of luxurious comfort.
The en suited queen master bedroom with walk-in robes, leads off the main living/kitchen area. A large ocean fronted deck extends from the living area and is supplemented by two other balconies. All three experience a different sun orientation and view. The ocean, beach and Apollo Bay town views are enjoyed throughout the upper level.

Gorgeous ocean views; nestled amongst the treetops
Peta Donnelly - 29th January 2023Loved the fabulous big deck overlooking the ocean (and Apollo Bay from the side deck). Listening to the glorious birdsong and watching All the varied species flitting amongst the treetops (or dipping into the birdbath in the backyard) was sublime. King parrots, rosellas, wrens, wattlebirds, black cockatoos flying overhead, sulfur crested cockies watching from afar, fantails and more…. House itself needed a bit of a once over from a cleanliness perspective but beds and bathrooms were very clean.

Mark Stanley - 4th January 2023Great location, very comfortable but….. Was not very clean especially kitchen Missing lightbulbs in many places Fan not working in ensuite bathroom Bed linen fine but towels not great For 8 adults insufficient glassware.

Great house
Georgia Philactides - 17th May 2021Enjoyed staying at this house. Most of the house was warm and comfortable however no heating in master room. Also not enough dish washing tablets, toilet paper and bin bags were provided. We were given ONE rubbish bag for our 3 night stay with 9 people.

Emma Whelan - 26th April 2021Nice main indoor living area that accomodated our x6 adults and 2 x children but its the little things that make a stay great. Things that we found lacking that would have been appreciated for a 2 night stay: salt, glad wrap, paper towel, champagne glasses, lliquid hand soap, more than 1 dishwashing tablet. Outdoor area quite overgrown and unusable. We were looking forward to bbqing but its more of just a hotplate- lots of spiderwebs etc so we cooked inside
The house was very welcoming and homily, there was also lots of space for us all and have some nights out on the deck. There was wildlife visits and it is a quick walk down to the beach as well. 100% would come back! Just a short 10 min drive to Apollo Bay where you can go out for the day or even dinner!

Gary Beckley - 24th January 2021We had a wonderful stay at Gunyha. The setting was very tranquil and the home was roomy. The kids enjoyed keeping a lookout for the koalas and bird life. Sitting on the back deck with views of the ocean was very relaxing! A well appointed house which suited us perfectly. Will definitely return to Skenes Creek!
Nice size for 2 families, easy walk to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay here.
Spacious and well-appointed. Beautiful and peaceful location. Would stay again.
