Welcome to GUMBLE HAVEN.
This house might be lacking a little bit in size but the large furnished deck provides an extra living space during the summer months and is set back off the road in a peaceful bush setting.
It is suitable for a family of 4 and has a reverse cycle air con, a wood fire and a ceiling fan in the living area and the master bedroom. The Fairhaven Surf Club is a short walk away and makes this an ideal holiday house for kids doing the Nippers program

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Great place
Damian S - 22nd November 2020We found this to be a great place. It was really kid friendly, with a box of toys for toddlers and little ones, and board games and dvds for bigger kids. Also the balcony was kid safe. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fairly new renovation by the looks of it. The main bed mattresses were comfortable, but the mattress on the upper bunks wasn't so great. The kid's bedrooms now have a single bunk bed in each. Nice view of trees.

Danni M - 14th October 2020We loved being surrounded by the tree tops, birds and peacefulness out on the balcony, and inside was very comfortable - the beds were very comfy and we enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Staying in Fairhaven is great - close to the facilities of Aireys but surrounded by bush and close to the beach.
