Comprising 3 bedrooms, all flanking main lounge, kitchen and dining, the home sits proudly in the treetops overlooking Wye River. Ocean side features a spacious tiled deck area while offset to the rear is a private chilling zone with outdoor fire pit for the cooler nights.
GBs sets itself aside most holiday rental homes in its detail. Classic artwork & all original furnishings accompanying modern features is the key to an overall groove. Polished timber floors, marine ply walls, cow hides, funky tile splash backs combine with more contemporary staples like glass balustrades, double glazed windows, spilt system & satellite TV.
Other treats include wood fire, classic Gaggia coffee machine, full laundry, Ziegler & Brown gas BBQ and sun lounges.
Good Vibrations opens its door for longer stays (min 5 nights) across holiday periods to ensure an appreciation beyond a whirlwind weekend away. Families and friends are encouraged to bring a sense of adventure, fun and appreciation for the care that has gone into creating such a destination.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

31Karingal is a warm and inviting home. The balcony offers a spectacular view. The deco is fun and filled with 60s memorabilia. The beds were very comfortable (always important during winter) as sleep-ins are a must. The down side is the driveway was slippery when wet. When you do get to the top of the driveway there is no where to shelter items (eg bikes etc). It is a small house but the layout works. The stairs to the house will replace your gym work out, beware if you have any leg injuries
