It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Gorgeous views, spacious and clean
Lanie C - 31st January 2022Stayed here with our kids and parents. Plenty of room, quiet bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. The views were lovely, privacy from neighbours and plenty of car parking room. Comfy beds. Minor negative: the split system AC / heater is great in living room but won’t reach bedrooms. That said, we’d definitely stay again.
A perfect place to stay if you want to be close to everything. Amenities were great. Lovely views. Easy checkin and out.

Olympian - 10th March 2019We love this place and the location most of all BUT it does need some handy work that hasn't been attended to since our stay last year for instance, back screen door and side gates do not lock for security, Lounge room sun screen blind had no chain thus tough manual roll up, toilet roll handles and towel rails loose off wall and toilet door handle still falling off. Photos on web site should be updated also. Otherwise a 5 star if attended to. We will stay again.

Stevo - 23rd October 2017We had a lovely time at Lorne, this house was very central and convienent being in walking distance to the street. Only four stars as when we arrived there was no hot water, fixed promptly by a local tradie but perhaps it should of been check before our arrival.

Bluey - 4th October 2017We spent grand final weekend here and found it to be a great place to stay. Very short walk to shops, restaurants and pub. Plenty of room for our family of 7 with great views from the deck. We would definitely book Fairview again.
