Situated on a hill on Melbourne side of Lorne this home is in a great location. A moderate 25 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes to the beach.

The location is great, 5 minutes to walk to the beach, 15 minutes into town. You can hear the ocean and even see it from 2 of the bedrooms, the lounge and deck. The accommodation has everything you need, a fully stocked kitchen and a good supply of books. The house looks 1950's and it has been well maintained but not updated so don't expect somewhere flash just a great place to chill out
