All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Unbeatable location. Such a beautiful quiet spot tucked up in the gum trees behind Lorne, and walking distance to the beach and walking trails out the back. Big beautiful decks. Lots of separate spaces to have dinner, a drink or relax. Would definitely stay again!

The property is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is near the beach and although it is close to the petrol station, restaurants and bars of the area you can't hear the noise of the streets in the property. The whole place made us feel at ease. I would definitely come again

We have just returned from a wonderful Easter Break staying at the Charleston Property and Wow it was just beautiful. Hidden amongst trees this stunning house has all the wonderful finishes you would expect from a well furnished house. Only a few minutes walk to main street of Lorne and with 3 separate deck areas with amazing views and so many options for living areas our party of 8 all had plenty of space to unwind and relax. Children even loved the Koala that was in the tree for the whole weekend we were there. Can't get more Australian than that! We can't wait to return to Charleston.
