During your stay, why not enjoy a day at the beach? Just a very short stroll will see you at the Skenes Creek beach where you can take a dip, surf, try your luck at surf fishing or simply enjoy relaxing on the beach, before returning to your home away from home.
Looking for more? Take the short trip into Apollo Bay and avail yourselves of the many cafes and restaurants that dot the foreshore, where you can enjoy a variety of local produce. You will also find 2 supermarkets and a plethora of retail outlets where you can browse the unusual items on offer, purchasing a memento of your stay along the great ocean road.
The property is set out over 2 levels. The ground floor consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with timber flooring, a main bedroom with ceiling sweep fan, ensuite with shower and toilet, and a beautiful deck area that complements and extends out from the living area where you can enjoy your BBQ in the tranquility of a bush setting. You will also find a modern, well-equipped laundry on this level as well.
The lower ground level features 2 large bedrooms (one with its own large timber decked area) and a second living area featuring polished concrete flooring that flows into the bedrooms. The main bathroom has a separate shower, toilet and vanity.

Rachel M - 26th April 2022We found everything to be fine, but the electrical system needs reviewing, plugging in the toaster blew fuses for all the kitchen power.I think this is an ongoing problem as when we arrived the system for igniting the gas cooker was not working. We managed without the toaster.
The home itself was beautiful and had everything we needed, including great DVDs and toys for the kids. Sadly, it was not cleaned to an expected level. We found sand / dirt and dead insects on the ground when we arrived. The place needed a good clean. If this is able to be done then I think it would make a great place to holiday.
The house is simply beautiful and welcoming. High quality appliances, beds are comfortable.... everything one needs with a touch of luxury. Just a five minute walk to the beach and rock pools. The host left loads of books, games and dvds (and wifi) to keep us entertained on wet days. Also enjoyed the daily visits from the sulfur-crested cockatoos on the deck. Looking forward to another stay at the property
