Breakfast At Belton
House in Anglesea
from $261.25
per night

This wonderful original Anglesea Beach house is a holiday delight.

This split level, double story home with 3 bedrooms and bunk room, sleeping up to 9 people will surprise in many ways. The property is older in years but has been tastefully renovated. The house is big and inviting, warm and welcoming, a slow combustion fire to keep you warm in the cooler months or just open the sliding doors to let the afternoon breezes in over summer.

Breakfast and coffee on the main deck in the early morning sun, afternoon drinks and dinner as the sun goes down in the evening, or simply relax anytime with a good book on any one of the three decks or the semi enclosed veranda – endless possibilities.

Upstairs, the kitchen, family, and living meals area opens onto the main deck. The lounge room and cosy master bedroom with its own en-suite are also accessible from this area.

The entrance hall, main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are down a short flight of stairs where there is also access to the separate games/bunk room which sleeps up to 4 providing a perfect place for the kids to chill in their own environment and leave the adults to their space upstairs.

The surrounding area is one of beauty, looking from the deck across the valley to the Golf Course and Heathlands with its ever changing bush and wildlife. The nearby Golf Course famous for its population of kangaroos is now also family friendly with its own new Mini Golf. Then there are numerous walking tracks and bike paths as well as playgrounds and a skate park down by the river where local summer markets are held, and of course who can forget the local beaches.

From surfing and fishing the unpatrolled back beaches to the child friendly Point Roadknight or Main Beach which are both patrolled in the summer months, to wading in the shallows and rock pools, boogie boarding, taking out the Hobie Cat from the Motor Yacht Club on select days, or just lying in the sand, Anglesea has everything going for it and what better place to quickly adjust to holiday mode than at Breakfast at Belton.

Comfortable stay, heaps of room, but in need of a deep clean and some TLC.

A Great Escape

Lisa - 20th May 2019

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Breakfast at Belton. The house is charming, a highlight was watching the birds from the balcony and taking in the beautiful views. We even saw some Kangaroo's across the road! The house was extremely well equipped with ample room for all to enjoy, including board games, snooker table, beautiful giant fire place. We felt at home instantaneously and didn't want to leave. Our three children had such a fun time with so many terrific areas to explore close by, including the playgrounds beaches and the Airey's Inlet Light House. Would highly recommend to others wanting a memorable escape from the city - we can't wait to go back.

A Sanctuary

Connie - 20th May 2019

It feels like a sanctuary nestled in the trees and only a short drive to beautiful swimming beaches. My family and I always look forward to going to this lovely holiday home. All the facilities you need and lots to do, the pool table being a favorite and the fire in winter. Anglesea has great places to eat. I always go home feeling rejuvenated.

A Relaxing Break Away

Neisha - 7th May 2019

Great house, amazing deck and views. Suited our two families perfectly. House was well equipped with everything you need to make the stay easy and relaxing. Loved the extra touches of toys and games for kids and adults. Highly recommend!

A Great Getaway

Kristy - 30th April 2019

I have stayed in this house a few times. Once on a "girls weekend" for a child-free break for school mums. Shopping in Torquay and dinner and wine by the fire was amazing. Ive then also taken my kids, my sister and her family there. The house was big enough for both families and the kids could play in the games room and be far enough away from the parents relaxing on the beautiful deck. I can't recommend this house enough and cant wait for my next visit there. Its clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location.

Breakie with the wildlife
