Located within a comfortable stroll into the heart of Lorne, this beautifully presented 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home offers guests a sense of peace and tranquillity, nestled between cosmopolitan Lorne and the Otway National Park.

Elevated in a picturesque corridor of privately accessed homes and featuring both a secure garage and off-street parking, Boulevarde Serenity ticks all the boxes of a modern holiday home. The house is spread over 3 levels and boasts a fully ensuited master bedroom, spacious, air-conditioned open plan kitchen/living area, wood fire, lofted ceilings, multiple deck areas and a rear courtyard. Other features include an outdoor shower and a table tennis and lounge in the garage providing the perfect escape zone for the kids.

A portacot and high chair are provided.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

"Located in a serene spot overlooking the forest, the owners have thought of everything from an iPod dock to play our favourite music and set the mood, to kerosene lanterns which lit up our hot balmy nights as we spent them out on the secluded veranda having a barbecue with our loved ones. Absolutely everything was thought of, even small things one forgets on holiday such as pepper and salt or cooking oil, there was no disaster to be had as the property had all of the necessities waiting for us just in case. The rooms were all decorated beautifully with bright, colourful linen and contemporary artwork. Although it was very stylish, it felt very homely and welcoming. They also had a plasma TV and a very comfortable lounge room setting which we put to good use watching the tennis over the weekend!

If you are looking to indulge and take your better halves away for the weekend, it is a couple's paradise. There are 3 rooms which can sleep 3 couples and even a table tennis room set up in the garage to keep up couple rivalry!

We travel frequently on weekend getaway holidays however this property was, without a doubt, the best accommodation that my fiance and I have ever stayed in on Great Ocean Road and probably even Greater Victoria. The other couples were so delighted with it that they kept commending me for finding it and wanted to know more about how I found such a gem. I would not hesitate to book this property again or to recommend it to others. Thanks again for the early check in and late check out! Beautiful house in great location

This beautiful house was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, tranquil and very close to town. It was very clean and well equipped. We are offered a late checkout without even asking which was a very nice touch. This is second time using Great O ran Road Holiday abd both occasions have been positive.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this light sunny and welcoming home . The 3 levels made for a comfortable stay and the deck with views directly into bushland - - and sounds of local birds really made for a relaxing long weekend stay .The property is new and immaculately clean .the table tennis table in the garage was a hit with teenagers as were the board games .All comforts of home are supplied generously and the house was only a short walk to the sites and sculptures on show in town and on the beach and no big hills to climb. We would love to return one day soon !

Stayed here with a group of five on an annual weekend away. The house was immaculately presented, lovely decking for BBQs where we saw plenty of native wildlife (koalas, kookaburras,kangaroos). Totally private as situated down the end of a short street with a 8-10 minute walk to the main street. Thoroughly recommend.
