This delightful 3 bedroom home is split over 4 levels and gives guests the opportunity to take in the wonderful tree framed views of Louttit Bay whilst enjoy the serenity of the surrounding gums and bird life. This spacious, modern home has ample living areas and with its clean lines and internal exposed steel beams it speaks brilliantly to today's industrial interior trends.

The entry level is home to the master bedroom; being the only room on this level it provides the perfect private escape. In addition a deep bath in the en suite set against a large window, provides the perfect setting to unwind whilst enjoying the fabulous views.

The main kitchen/dining/lounge is functional and welcoming with the sliding door opening onto an enclosed deck featuring outdoor dining and BBQ which makes it perfect for alfresco entertaining.

The second and third bedrooms are accessed by another small flight of stairs along with the main bathroom with shower, separate toilet and laundry.

A final small flight of stairs allows you to discover a second living area complete with further private deck, street access, TV and sofa bed for additional guests.

In addition to all these amazing features linen, double undercover parking, Ipod dock and a quiet location mean all you need to do is bring the family and enjoy!

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

House good but far too many things do not work

The house is good and all the furnishings comfortable. Unfortunately too many of the appliances just don't work. The DVD doesn't work, the microwave causes power surges which means you have to reset the power box and that caused the smoke alarm to beep all night. The downstairs TV has no batteries in remote and doesn't go on. There was no wood supplied so we had to buy three bags of wood and is unacceptable. No acessories like pads and timers for pictionary. Overpriced for a rundown property

Unfortunately we were sold on the property based on emasculate photos, however our first impressions were quite disappointing. The ad mentioned the property’s driveway was “steep” but according to our in car inclinometer, “steep” is 18 degrees straight up which left one vehicle parked on the road and suitcases carried up. The property is also very unkept which was a shock once we found out the extensive amount of cleaning we are required to do upon departure to avoid any extra chargers.

Blue Gums is beautiful. Feel like your living in the trees. Great bath. Comfy beds. Good kitchen. Gorgeous views and lots of cockatoos come to say hello.

A well a-pointed house with beautiful outlook of trees and the ocean. A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Only recommendation would be instructions on how to work TV set up. Can be quite cold with all of the glass so a real fire is a must but that just adds to the ambiance.

Would thoroughly recommend Blue Gums for a family. Beautiful house and really well set up for a family with all mod cons and two separate living areas. Amazing views over Lorne. A steep road to walk to and from the main township but you do get use to it. Would throughly recommend this property.

Amazing stay at this holiday home in Lorne. The townhouse is beautifully designed and the view of Lorne main beach and the pier is absolutely stunning. It comes with every modern addition you would want for a comfortable stay in Winter or Summer.

The Layout of this property is amazing. Spread over 4 levels there is space for everyone to relax. The kitchen and main living area are amazing..add the open fire to the already flawless ambience and what more can you ask when trying to unwind and escape.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous house. Has a great view from most rooms and the balcony. Nice quiet location...walkable into town centre in 15 mins ish but wouldnt want to walk back up steep hill with surfboards!!

This beautiful modern house has a great outlook through the trees to the sea. Its on the edge of town and a very short walk to the beach, river and supermarket which makes it a very easy stay. Having the multi-levels and decks on each level provides for space for all and the fire place with lots of wood, and bottle of wine upon arrival are very nice touches. We were sad to leave this lovely home
