Presented and maintained by the owners to a high standard to make your stay a pleasant one from the moment you arrive.
Open plan kitchen / living / dining. Living area offers fabulous coastal views overlooking Bass Strait and beyond. Wood heater, flatscreen TV, Blu-ray DVD, stereo, reverse cycle air conditioning, two and three seater lounges. Dishwasher, electric cooking, microwave, dining table (seats eight), island bench with stools. Full laundry facilities including auto washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Outdoor entertaining, gas BBQ, expansive verandah / decking.

A Perfect Location , Spectacular Views in a Comfortable Home, Spotlessly clean.
Aven Hodges - 8th February 2023The house is in a secluded peaceful setting, all we could hear was ocean and bird song, did not hear a single car from GOR even in the busiest time of year. We appreciated the house was spotlessly clean, well equiped throughout and well maintained. Ocean views are stunning. We enjoyed visiting the koala daily. The beach is close by, walking distance. We did not want to leave and very keen to rebook this special home . Thank you Bennetts Beach House we loved you.

Loved our stay in this lovely place. It was incredibly quite, and the wood fire was a huge bonus for the cold nights. The view was beautiful, and nothing better then listening to the waves crash when going to sleep.

A hidden gem..
Shane Munro - 2nd February 2021From the moment we walked in you could tell that a lot of TLC a has gone into the cottage. The decorations and furnishings were spot on. Probably the best fitted out kitchen we have seen in a long time. The spacious cottage gives you a feeling of relaxation from the onset. The owners should be highly commended on providing such an excellent place to stay and unwind. It’s a cottage for all seasons. We certainly will not hesitate in booking there again.
An absolute retreat- the birds are amazing as is the view of the sea and the fireplace makes it cosy even in cold, rainy weather.

Trevor - 20th June 2020We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is spot on being only 15min to Apollo Bay but the feel of being all alone on the coast. There is a good view of the ocean to the south east but its not panoramic due to the vegetation. The house is private, comfortable and well equipped. 2 toilets, 2 showers, bath and washing machine makes a long stay with more than one family convenient. We also saw koalas in the bush right next to the house every day we were there. I would definitely stay again.
