It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Beautiful views and pleasant stay
Fasseli Coulibaly - 10th February 2022An older-style house with sufficient space for a couple of families. The view is superb and the separate downstairs room with bathroom was very convenient. Air conditioning in the main room (which we didn't use on this occasion). Wifi would be a good addition for longer stays. Close to the beach but the hill is steep (stairs are available if you can find the shortcut)!
Great old style holiday home
RiaEdi - 21st December 2019This house us clean and spacious and has everything you need. If you are after shiny European appliances and modern furniture this place is not for you. Their photos are accurate. It wasnt too hot when we were there, but the air con is only in the living dining area upstairs.there is a shared bathroom between three bedrooms upstairs and an en-suite in the room downstairs. The walk from town to the property gave us a great workout, but may be too much for some. The view and sound of the ocean are gorgeous. We found Ben My Chree to be a glorious old school holiday home with plenty of space.

Anna H - 29th March 2016A group of us stayed here over Easter and had a ball. Property was neat and tidy and the view from the deck was incredible! Only a very short (albeit very steep!) walk into town. The whole process was very easy and the team were very very flexible with checkin/checkout times. Will definitely book with them again!
