Built in 2000 Bella Aireys is a modern home over three levels. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and linen. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite with the other two being on the middle level with a second bathroom. There are two large living areas, the upstairs room including the kitchen and dining table.
The house faces north and with the many windows upstairs there is always plenty of light. There are two decks, both large enough for outdoor dining or for finding a quiet place to read and snooze. The deck at the front of the house on the upper level includes a barbecue.
Airey’s Inlet is usually quite temperate but there are electric heaters in the living rooms, an air conditioner upstairs and some ceiling fans.
The house is situated on a large allotment. Behind the rear deck there is a secure, fenced in rear yard with plenty of large eucalyptus around the perimeter. Car parking is not a problem – there is a driveway off Alice Road with room for 3 cars.
Bella Aireys is perfectly situated in the heart of Airey’s Inlet. Being on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road it is a short walk to both Sandy Gully Beach and the walking track along the clifftop of Eagle Rock Parade. Even closer are the Top Shops, including the Airey’s General Store, Mr. T’s cafe and Truffles Restaurant. And around the corner are the Tennis Courts and Community Hall – home to the Sunday Markets. Once you get here you can throw away the car keys – even the Aireys Inlet Pub and A La Greque restaurant are only a 5 minute walk away.
Within the immediate vicinity are the Cape Otway National Park, a great place for barbecues, bush walking and mountain bike riding. And only a little further afield are Anglesea (home of the world renowned golf course with the several hundred resident kangaroos and wallabies), Erskine Falls, Lorne and the Otways.

House is in a perfect location. Well equipped and plenty of space.
Bella Airey's is a great holiday house in a fabulous location. Easy walking distance to the beach, cliff top walks, shops and pub. A lovely backyard and 2 great decks make for easy outdoor living and the house is really well set up for a family to be together lots but have some space when needed.
This property is well equiped for a family holiday. It is just so well located near the shops and beaches. I would definitely go to this house again.
Clean with bright spaces and comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything and the upper deck table was a relaxing breakfast spot. A large rear garden was fenced well on two of the sides.
